Practicum I: Spring, 2019, 90+ hours

- Developed and taught Math, Art, and Reading lessons
- During this practicum, I began to develop my classroom management strategies, learned how to teach students, and learned how to run a classroom. Through this experience, I learned how important it is to advocate for student's needs and put the student first.

- During this practicum, I have focused on developing multiple lesson plans to fit the needs of each of my diverse learners. I have focused on accommodating both the high and the low proficiency students throughout this practicum.

- During my time with the AVID program, I focused on tutoring students in diverse populations to challenge them to gain more knowledge in various areas.

- Focused on participating in physical education activities with the students, as well as preparing Physical Education lessons
